Every class we offer is age-specific, purpose-driven, and taught with intention, so students develop confidence, discipline, and real skill at the pace that’s right for them.
Whether you’re a parent looking for structure and confidence for your child, a teen needing direction, or an adult seeking strength and clarity, there is a place for you here. Our Martial Arts Programs in Chattanooga started on February 11th 2003 and overall we originally opened on January 17, 1998!

3–5 Year Olds — Little Dragons
This class is designed specifically for early childhood development.
At this age, our focus is not memorization or competition, it’s:
- Listening skills
- Following directions
- Balance and coordination
- Confidence and body awareness
Classes are short, engaging, and structured to help young children succeed without overwhelm.
Perfect for first-time martial arts students.
Children’s Classes (Ages 6–12)
This is where character is built.
Our children’s program emphasizes:
- Discipline and respect
- Focus and perseverance
- Confidence through achievement
- Physical conditioning and coordination
Students progress at an individual pace while learning responsibility, goal setting, and self-control skills that carry directly into school and life.

Green’s Karate is internationally recognized for its adaptive martial arts instruction.
